Spanish Language and Literature Undergraduate Programme started to admit students in 2019. This academic and humanistic degree’s main objective is the study of the Spanish language in all its dimensions and varieties, as well as the study of Spanish and Latin American literary production. Throughout the five years of the undergraduate programme (the first is Spanish preparatory year), students deal with the linguistic analysis of Spanish and an analysis of the processes by which literature is created and received, as well as its social contribution within the History of Culture.
The areas of studies are Spanish and Latin American Cultural Studies, Andalusian Cultural Studies, Golden Age Literature, Modern Spanish Novel, Comparative Literature and Intercultural Communication.
