Organized by the Department of Western Languages and Literatures, Spanish Language and Literature Undergraduate Program, the seminar titled "An Intercultural Bridge in the Global World: Spanish" was held on December 9, 2019 with the participation of the Director of Istanbul Cervantes Institute, Mr. Gonzalo Manglano de Garay.
Manglano de Garay shared very valuable information with the participants, mentioning the characteristic of Spanish that binds different cultures in the historical process and emphasizing the importance of this language in literary, cultural, political and economic fields.
After sharing valuable information, Manglano de Garay answered the questions of Spanish Language and Literature Undergraduate Program's students. The seminar was followed with interest by the participants and ended with mutual thanks.
